A Note from Aynsley:

Hi there! Thanks so much for visiting my online store and supporting my music! Whether you’re picking up a CD, grabbing a download, or booking a ticket to a show, I really appreciate it. This website is managed by my management team and I. All orders are packed and shipped personally. If you have any special requests, such as signing, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

Our terms and conditions are included below. Please take a moment to read through them before completing your order. They’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. If you have any questions or problems with an order, don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to Aynsley Lister and his official team; “you” refers to the customer or user of this website.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all items listed on this site are available and described accurately. However, availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to withdraw or replace items at any time. We will notify you should this happen.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (or the equivalent in your local currency) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods provided on the checkout page.

4. Shipping and Delivery

For physical merchandise, we aim to process and ship orders within 7 days, though it is often much faster than this. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. There may occasionally be a delay if we’re in the middle of a tour. If this is the case, we ask you to please bear with us. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, however we will work with you to help resolve any problems should they arise. 

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us.

5. Digital Downloads and Online Content

All digital products (such as albums, singles, or exclusive downloads) are for personal use only. By purchasing, you agree not to share, copy, distribute, or resell any digital content.

Downloads are usually made available immediately after payment; these sales are non-refundable.

6. Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for live shows or special events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In such cases, we will provide details regarding refunds or new dates via email or the official website.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect physical goods, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can do this via the contact us form.

We may request a photo or return of the item before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All music, images, videos, and other content on this website are the property of Aynsley Lister and/or his partners. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

10. Contact

For any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us. We aim to reply in a timely manner, however please bear with us if we’re away on tour. We manage this website personally.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
