Since ‘discovering’ Aynsley a two or three years ago, I’ve been working my way backwards acquiring the earlier works. Does anyone know how three tracks from the first eponymous album came to be re-recorded on Everything I own?

Good question Stuart, but I don’t know the answer!

However, that’s one of the reasons why I never bothered buying the self-titled album, until fairly recently. Big mistake! I really love it. It has a fresh & clear feel and some great songs, which I hadn’t heard, like She’s A Woman.

Some artists do this from earlier stuff to new.

Mike Zito, a great blues guy here in the states has done it a few times with songs.

I noticed that Aynsley has “soundman” on a few CD’s, so i’m guessing that is one of his favorite songs.  Mike is the same way with a few of his, every cd, has the same one or 2 on them.

Just a guess however…
