Well, things are kind of up-in-the-air at the moment with gigs, I would probably think larger venues such as indoor arenas especially.

I’ll try to post any postponements that I hear as quickly as I do announcements, but if you hear anything before I do, please post. We could be in for a bumpy ride over the next month or so, but hey, grist to the blues mill…

Best advice - check the venue or band website regularly, before venturing out.

UPDATE

Gateshead Sage;
Stockton Arc
Yarm’s Princess Alexandra Auditorium

Darlington Hippodrome
have closed their doors for the duration.

Newcastle Theatre Royal Closed until April 12th at least

Update II:- All Jumpin’ Hot Club gigs cancelled until end of April (& Thunder & Rain gig 16th May @ Cluny)
The Cluny - Looks like shows for the next week at least are cancelled or postponed; beyond that into April, looks like several bands have already decided for themselves. Similar story at Stockton’s Georgian Theatre.
Utilita Arena - Closed up end of March, then review. Several April events have been postponed.

Trillians (Newcastle) Not closed, but the roster through April is thinning out.
O2 City Hall & O2 Academy (Newcastle) - While still open, many of the gigs over the next month are cancelled or postponed.

So far, many other venues seem to be holding out as long as they can (plucky or irresponsible?) but the biggest worry seems to be that Tilerman will actually be able to see his fridge for the first time in quite a while…

Update III
Closed last night:-
Durham Gala
Darlington Forum
Sunderland Empire.
